The Sugar Land Police Department reported a motor vehicle crash on Southway Freeway on Sunday morning. The accident happened in the southbound lanes of Us-59 at around 4 a.m.

According to police, when a Toyota pickup collided with a Chevy pickup, it was traveling in the wrong direction. According to investigators, the wrong-way vehicle’s two occupants were killed.

Both men who died were identified to be in their late teens or early 20s. The two kids, who are thought to be between the ages of 12 and 15, as well as one adult man, were taken to the hospital and are expected to make it, according to the police.

The fatal crash is being investigated.
