Kilgore Police Department responded to a motor vehicle crash that injured two adults and two children. The crash happened on Monday evening on the northbound lanes of State Highway 135.
According to the police department, a vehicle was trying to cross the northbound lanes when a truck struck the passenger side of the car, hitting two adults and two children.
Both adults and one child were taken to a local hospital in Tyler. The infant was airlifted to a hospital in Shreveport.
The truck vehicle driver remained uninjured from the crash.
