The Pomona Police Department reported a motor vehicle crash in Pomona. The County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the victim as 18-year-old Joshua Carmona.
At around 2:05 a.m., Joshua Carmona was involved in a motor vehicle crash near San Antonio and Patterson Avenues. The events leading up to the crash are not entirely clear at this time. Joshua was fatally injured and was pronounced dead at the scene.
It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the crash. The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated. No further information is available at the moment.
