18-year-old Ariana Tucker and 25-year-old Miles Radcliff injured after a rollover accident on I-5 (Longview, WA)

18-year-old Ariana Tucker and 25-year-old Miles Radcliff were injured after a rollover accident on Interstate 5 near La Center.

The incident was reported at about 9:45 a.m. on Wednesday. As per the initial information, Ariana Tucker, 18, of Longview, was merging onto southbound I-5 from exit 16 when her vehicle went onto the left shoulder. Just then, Tucker overcorrected the 2003 Mitsubishi Montero, veered onto the right shoulder, lost control and flipped the vehicle twice.

A passenger, Miles Radcliff, 25, of Longview, also received injuries in the single-vehicle crash.  Both Tucker and Radcliff were taken to PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center with unknown injuries. They were reportedly not wearing seatbelts at the time of the accident.

Wheels off the roadway were found to be the cause of the crash. Drugs or alcohol were not involved, and charges are pending against Tucker. The vehicle was wrecked as a result of the accident. No other details are available.

An investigation is ongoing.
