The Seattle Fire Department reported a two-vehicle accident on Monday.
The accident occurred in the southbound lanes of Interstate 5 near Mercer Street.
According to the officials, two buses that were transporting Navy personnel were involved in the crash.
There were 18 people injured in the accident. They were treated by the fire department before being sent to hospitals. 10 of the victims were sent to Harbourview Medical Center.
The officials have confirmed that all the victims are in stable condition.
The accident is still being investigated.
It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the accident.
There are no other details available at the moment.
