The Santa Rosa Authorities reported that a 17-year-old girl was killed in a motor vehicle accident in Santa Rosa on Friday.
At around 10:00 p.m., a 21-year-old was driving a vehicle at a speed swerved off the road. This caused the vehicle to topple over several times and fall into a creek.
One of the passengers, a 17-year-old girl sitting at the back, was fatally injured and was pronounced dead at the scene. The other 2 male passengers were transported to the hospital.
The identity of the dead is not yet disclosed. Alcohol or drugs seemed to have played a role in the collision. The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated. No further information is available at the moment.
