17-Year-Old Boy Killed In A Motor Vehicle Accident In Apple Valley (Apple Valley, CA)

The Apple Valley Sheriff’s Office reported a single-vehicle accident on Thursday.

The accident occurred just north of Blackfoot Road and Zuni Road. 

According to the officials, a Chevrolet Silverado truck was driving through a dirt field when it rolled over. It rolled over once and came to rest on its wheels. 

The passenger of the truck, identified only as a 17-year-old boy, was thrown from the truck at the time of the crash and incurred fatal injuries. He was rushed to a local hospital before being taken to Loma Linda Medical Center. He, unfortunately, succumbed to his injuries. 

The officials have not disclosed any details regarding the driver of the truck. 

The fatal accident is still being investigated. 

It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the accident. 

There are no other details available at the moment.
