The Avondale Fire Department reported a multi-vehicle accident on Wednesday. 

The accident occurred on 107th Avenue and Roosevelt Parkway at around 10 a.m. 

According to the officials, they arrived at the scene to find two adults and four children in serious condition. They were all rushed to a hospital. 

One of the victims, identified only as a 10-year-old boy, was pronounced dead at the hospital. 

Three of the children and one of the adults were reported to be in critical condition. 

The identities of those involved have not been disclosed. 

The cause of the fatal accident is still being investigated. 

The police have not released any details including the number of vehicles involved in the accident. 

It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the accident. 

There are no other details available at this time.
