According to the California Highway Patrol, a motor vehicle crash that took place in Spring Valley killed a woman on Sunday.
Roughly at 3:00 a.m., a silver Sedan, traveling southbound in the northbound lanes of State Route 125, north of Jamacha Road, lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a metal fence. A woman was involved and was fatally injured. It is not yet known if there were others involved in the crash.
The identity of the dead is not yet disclosed. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the crash. The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated. No further information is available at the moment.
