According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, a hit-and-run accident occurred in San Benito on Saturday. The crash happened near the Sam Houston Street off-ramp at around 9:15 a.m.
According to the investigators, an unknown woman and an unknown vehicle were involved in the collision. The officials stated that the driver of the unknown vehicle struck an unknown woman who fled the scene.
According to the reports, the unknown woman suffered significant injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. The San Benito Police Department did not reveal the identity and the name of the unknown deceased person.
