The Missouri City Police Department reported a motor vehicle crash on Sunday afternoon. The accident happened on Cartwright Road at around 1:50 p.m.
Cartwright Road was being used by one car going east, and Cypress Point was being used by another car going north. The collision occurred as the eastbound vehicle and the northbound vehicle were approaching the intersection.
A woman who was operating the car northbound on Cypress Point perished in the collision. Her name and identity haven’t been made public yet.
The fatal crash is being investigated by the officials. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the accident. No other information regarding the deadly crash is available currently.
