According to the Harris County Precinct 4 deputies, a motor vehicle accident was reported in Spring on Wednesday night.
The officials stated that a box truck was hit by a car on the northbound feeder right before the Springwoods Village Parkway intersection.
The crash happened at around 10:15 p.m. on the 23000 block of the North Freeway near Springwoods Village Parkway.
Officials reported that a woman was declared dead at the scene.
Another person was involved in the crash and was rushed to the hospital with unknown injuries.
The officials did not disclose the identity of the victims.
Deputies are yet to confirm whether drugs, alcohol or reckless driving was the factor involved in the fatal crash.
