One person was rescued after a rollover crash Wednesday morning in Santa Clarita that also caused traffic delays in the area.
As per the initial information, the crews actively responded to the intersection of Newhall Ranch Road and Vanderbilt Way in Valencia after getting reports of a two-vehicle accident with entrapments at about 6:28 a.m. Wednesday.
Responders arrived on the scene at 6:34 a.m. to a report of a traffic collision with persons trapped. One person had been safely removed from the vehicle. No parties from either vehicle had been taken to the hospital. The crash briefly slowed Newhall Ranch Road traffic for an unknown duration Wednesday morning. No other details are available.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
