1 Person Killed In A Pedestrian Crash In Tarrant County (Tarrant County, TX)

The Fort Worth Police Department is currently investigating a tragic auto-pedestrian accident that occurred on Thursday night in Tarrant County, resulting in a fatal outcome. The incident unfolded around 8:40 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 199 and Ten Mile Azle Road, as per police reports. 

Upon arrival at the scene, officers discovered that a pedestrian had been struck by a vehicle. Tragically, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. Authorities have indicated that the victim’s identity will be disclosed by the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office following the notification of next of kin.

The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the collision. There are no other details available at this time.
