1 Person Killed In A Pedestrian Crash In Nacogdoches (Nacogdoches, TX)

In a tragic incident in Nacogdoches, a man lost his life while mowing grass on Monday around 5:16 p.m. The Nacogdoches Police Department responded to a major accident on the 100 block of N.E. Stalling Drive.

A vehicle had veered off the roadway and struck the man who was mowing. Unfortunately, the man, whose identity remains undisclosed, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the vehicle involved was transported to a local hospital for treatment and is cooperating with investigators in the ongoing probe.

Following the accident, the road was temporarily closed and later reopened on Monday. However, officials expect to close traffic again on Tuesday to facilitate the completion of their investigation into this fatal crash.
