According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a pedestrian crash that took place in Imperial claimed the life of a person on Saturday.
A vehicle traveling on Old State Road M, Moss Hollow Road, for unknown reasons, lost control of the vehicle, swerved off the road, and struck a person who was also Walking on the same road. As a result, the man was fatally injured and was pronounced dead at the scene.
It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the crash. The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated. No further information is available at the moment.
