According to California Highway Patrol, a person was struck and killed in a fiery pedestrian crash on Highway 101 in Santa Rosa Santa Rosa on Saturday.
Roughly at 11:29 p.m., a pedestrian was struck by a Black Chevrolet Camaro on Northbound Highway 101, north of the Todd Road Onramp. The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.
The identity of the pedestrian is not yet revealed. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the crash. The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated. No further information is available at the moment.
