According to the Sacramento Police Department, a pedestrian accident killed a woman on I- 80 on Saturday.
Approximately at 3:51 a.m., a police pursuit on Marysville Boulevard I-80 resulted in the collision of multiple vehicles. As a result of this collision, one of the vehicles struck a woman on the eastbound lanes I- 80. The woman was pronounced dead at the moment.
The identity of the woman is not yet disclosed. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the crash. The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated. No further information is available at the moment.
