The California Highway Patrol reported a pedestrian accident that killed a person in Sacramento County on Wednesday. At around 8:50 p.m., a pedestrian walking on Marconi and Eastern Avenues was struck by a vehicle.
The pedestrian was fatally injured and was pronounced dead at the scene. The officials have not disclosed any details regarding the vehicle involved in the fatal crash.
