According to the Riverside County Fire Department, one person was killed in a pedestrian accident in Jurupa Valley on Sunday. The accident occurred at around 10:58 p.m. 

A person was struck by a vehicle at Van Buren Boulevard and 56th Street. The man was fatally injured and was pronounced dead at the scene. The events leading up to the crash are not entirely clear at this time. 

The identity of the dead is not yet disclosed. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the crash. The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated. No further information is available at the moment.
