In a tragic incident, a woman lost her life in a pedestrian crash investigated by the Pecos Police Department and Reeves County Sheriff’s Office. The pedestrian accident occurred on Tuesday around 6:40 p.m., involving a vehicle and a pedestrian.
The injured woman was promptly transported to Reeves Regional Health, where she succumbed to her injuries. The victim’s identity has not been disclosed at this time.
The investigation is ongoing, and authorities are diligently working to determine the circumstances surrounding this fatal crash. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the collision. Updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
