According to the California Highway Patrol, a person was killed in a pedestrian accident in Moreno Valley on Saturday.
Roughly at 8:10 p.m., a silver Sedan struck a person on the westbound Moreno Valley (60)Freeway east of Nason Street. The person was pronounced dead at the moment. The officials have not disclosed any details about the vehicle involved in the collision.
The identity of the dead is not yet disclosed. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the crash. The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated. No further information is available at the moment.
