The Lodi Police Department reported a pedestrian accident that killed a person in Lodi on Tuesday. The accident occurred at around 5:10 p.m., on Beckham Road near Kettleman Lane.
According to the officials, a vehicle and a person were involved in a collision. The events leading up to the crash are not entirely clear at this time. The pedestrian was fatally injured and was pronounced dead right away
The identity of the dead is not yet disclosed. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the crash. The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated. No further information is available at the moment.
