According to the Anaheim Police Department, a pedestrian accident that occurred in Anaheim claimed the life of a woman on Saturday. The accident occurred at around 6:20 p.m.
According to the officials, a woman and a vehicle were involved in a crash. A vehicle was travelling on Brookhurst Street north of Ball Road when it struck a woman. The woman was fatally injured and was pronounced dead at the moment as a result. The driver of the vehicle was arrested for DUI.
The identity of the dead is not yet disclosed. The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated. No further information is available at the moment.
