According to the Waco Police Department, a multi-vehicle crash took place in Waco that killed a motorcyclist on Wednesday. The accident occurred approximately at 10:17 a.m., near Steinbeck Bend Drive and Lake Shore Drive.
A Honda Accord which was trying to take a left struck a motorcyclist who was riding north on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.
As a result of the crash, the motorcyclist was critically injured and taken to the hospital for treatment. Unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
The identity of the dead is not yet disclosed. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the collision. The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated. No further information is available at the moment.
