According to the California Highway Patrol, a woman was killed in a multi-vehicle crash in Stockton on Saturday. The accident occurred roughly at 8:50 a.m., near eastbound SR-94, northbound Interstate 15.
According to the officials, three vehicles were involved in the crash. A Mini Cooper crashed into two vehicles. The driver of the Mini Cooper was fatally injured and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The identity of the dead is not yet disclosed. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the crash. The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated. No further information is available at the moment.
