According to the Clovis Police Department, a multi-vehicle crash that took place in Clovis killed a person on Wednesday.
At around 2:14 p.m., a vehicle that was traveling eastbound on Herndon collided with two vehicles that were traveling westbound. As a result, one of the drivers was fatally injured and was pronounced dead at the scene and a few others were injured.
The identity of the dead is not yet disclosed. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the crash. The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated. No further information is available at the moment.
