A fatal two-vehicle collision occurred in Oxford Township on Sunday night, as reported by the Butler County Sheriff’s Office. The incident took place at the intersection of Stillwell Beckett Road and Oxford Reily Road on April 7.
Initial findings from the investigation revealed that a black Hyundai Elantra proceeded through a red traffic light, resulting in a collision with a Ram pickup truck on the passenger side of the Elantra. Tragically, the passenger of the Elantra was pronounced dead after life-saving measures were attempted.
Additionally, two other individuals sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were transported to a local hospital. Further investigation into the crash was conducted by the Butler County Serious Traffic Accident Reconstruction Team (S.T.A.R.T) and the Butler County Coroner’s Office.
