1 Person Killed In A Multi-Vehicle Crash In Albuquerque (Albuquerque, NM)

A fatal crash involving a motorcycle and an SUV occurred on Friday night in Albuquerque, resulting in one person’s death, as confirmed by the Albuquerque Police Department (APD).

The incident took place around 9:30 p.m. at Montgomery Boulevard and Shenandoah Place. Witnesses recounted seeing a group of motorcycles traveling east on Montgomery when an SUV heading west attempted a left turn onto Shenandoah, crossing the motorcycles’ path. The motorcycle collided with the SUV, leading to a crash that tragically claimed the motorcyclist’s life.

After identifying the driver and locating the SUV, it was revealed that the driver claimed not to have seen any other vehicles and crossed paths with two motorcycles. APD’s Fatal Crash Unit is actively investigating the incident.
