According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, a multi-vehicle accident occurred in Wichita Falls on Thursday. The crash happened on Highway 79 at around 6 p.m.
According to the investigators, a white pickup truck and two unknown trucks were involved in the collision. The pickup driver was traveling northbound pulled into the pathway of the truck and struck each other.
The Tahoe driver suffered significant injuries and was pronounced dead following the collision. The Wichita Falls Police Department did not reveal the identity and the name of the unknown deceased person.
The cause of the accident is still being investigated at this time. No additional information regarding the fatal crash was provided by the Deputies.
