1 Person Killed In A Multi-Vehicle Accident In Walla Walla County (Walla Walla County, WA)

Tragedy struck on Monday night in Walla Walla County as a head-on collision claimed one life and left six others injured. The multi-vehicle accident occurred just before 9:00 p.m. on W Highway 12, 18 miles east of Pasco city limits.

According to the Washington State Patrol (WSP), a minivan attempted to overtake a car on W 12 Oasis Rd. It resulted in a head-on collision with another car. In the car that was struck, a 22-year-old woman and a 2-year-old boy sustained injuries and were transported to the hospital. A third vehicle rear-ended them, but the driver escaped unharmed.

Unfortunately, the minivan’s driver was fatally injured and was pronounced dead. The four passengers, men aged 18 to 23, suffered injuries and were hospitalized. The identity of the victim is not yet known. 

The investigation into this fatal crash is ongoing.
