The crash happened along West Riggin Avenue.
According to the investigators, a Chevrolet truck and an unknown ATV were involved in the collision.
According to the Visalia Police Department, the driver of the Chevrolet struck the unknown ATV.
The driver of the ATV suffered significant injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Visalia Police Department did not reveal the identity and the name of the unknown deceased person.
Some portions of West Riggin Avenue are blocked for further investigation.
