A fatal crash occurred on Monday afternoon in southeast Travis County, resulting in the tragic loss of one individual, as confirmed by EMS officials. The incident unfolded on the southbound service road of SH 130, near its intersection with Maha Loop.
At approximately 1:20 p.m., Austin-Travis County EMS responded to the scene of a two-vehicle collision. Upon arrival, medics immediately commenced CPR on an adult involved. However, the man was fatally injured and was pronounced dead at the scene. The identity of the victim has not been disclosed at this time.
Two other individuals were assessed for minor injuries but opted not to be transported to a hospital. Further details regarding the multi-vehicle accident are presently unavailable.
