According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, a multi-vehicle accident occurred in San Antonio at around 9:30 a.m. The crash happened near the crown of the hill in the 2400 block of Hillcrest Drive on Thursday.
According to the investigators, a Toyota Corolla and an unknown Jeep were involved in the collision. The officials stated that the driver of the Jeep swerved into the middle turning lane in front of the Corolla. The driver of the Corolla was unable to evade in time and collided head-on with an unknown Jeep.
The unknown Corolla driver suffered significant injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. The identity of the deceased has not been disclosed at this time.
The accident is still being investigated. Additional information regarding the fatal crash is not available currently.
