Early Thursday morning, a fatal crash involving six vehicles occurred near Los Banos, as reported by the California Highway Patrol (CHP). The multi-vehicle accident occurred around 6:00 a.m. near Highway 152 and Road 9
According to the officials, three big rigs and three cars were involved in the collision. Tragically, a man from Madera was fatally injured in the fatal crash. He was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity is not yet known at this time.
Additionally, a Fresno man sustained minor injuries. Investigators cite low visibility due to fog as a likely factor contributing to the collision. The CHP is actively examining the circumstances surrounding the incident.
