According to the California Highway Patrol, a multi-vehicle accident occurred in Fresno on Monday. The crash happened on Blackstone Avenue between Shaw and Barstow Avenues.
According to the investigators, a Dodge Charger, a red pickup truck, and a black pickup truck were involved in the collision. The driver of the Dodge was traveling at a high rate of speed, struck a red pickup, and later struck the black pickup.
The officials stated that the Dodge driver suffered significant injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. The pickup truck drivers suffered minor injuries and were transported to the hospital for treatment. The Fresno Police Department did not reveal the identity and the name of the unknown deceased person.
The accident is still being investigated at this time. No additional information regarding the fatal crash was provided by the Police.
