According to the California Highway Patrol, a multi-vehicle accident occurred in Fremont on Monday.
The crash happened on Paseo Padre Parkway and Mowry Avenue at around 1:16 p.m.
According to the investigators, three unknown vehicles and an unknown person were involved in the collision.
The officials stated that an unknown person suffered significant injuries and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
According to the reports, the unknown person was later pronounced dead following the collision.
The Fremont Police Department did not reveal the identity and the name of the unknown deceased person.
