1 Person Killed In A Motorcycle Crash In Albuquerque (Albuquerque, NM)

The Albuquerque Police Department reported a motorcycle accident in southwest Albuquerque at around 6:30 p.m. on March 30. The crash occurred at the intersection of 86th Street and Sedge Creek Road SW.

According to the authorities, a sedan driver was making a left turn onto 86th. At this time, a motorcyclist collided with the driver’s side of the sedan during the turn. The impact fatally injured the motorcyclist, who was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. The identity of the victim remains undisclosed at the moment.

Authorities are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding this fatal crash. Emergency responders transported the sedan driver to the hospital due to minor injuries sustained in the collision. It is not yet known whether alcohol or drugs played any role in the collision.
