The Surprise Police Department reported a motor vehicle crash on Thursday. The accident happened close to 115th Avenue and Bell Road.
The collision involved a motorcyclist. The events leading up to the crash are not yet known at this time.
The victim was severely injured in the crash and transported to the hospital. A week later, police confirmed that the motorcyclist passed away from their injuries on Thursday.
