1 Person Killed In A Motor Vehicle Crash In Placer County (Placer County, CA)

According to the California Highway Patrol, a fatal crash was reported on Sunday in Placer County. Officials confirmed that one person died due to the motor vehicle accident.

Authorities stated that the collision occurred along Mosquito Ridge Road. A car tumbled down a 1000-foot cliff.

The cause of the wreck is yet to be determined. The driver of the car was pronounced dead at the scene of the incident. The identity of the deceased person is yet to be determined.

The crash continues to be investigated by the CHP. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the collision.
