According to the Ukiah Police Department, a motor vehicle collision occurred in Ukiah that killed a person near Todd Grove Park, Ukiah.
On Sunday approximately at 5:30 p.m., a white Sedan slammed into a redwood tree near Ukiah Valley Golf Course, Park Boulevard. As a result, one of the occupants of the vehicle was killed at the moment, said the authorities.
The identity of the dead is not yet disclosed. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the collision. The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated. No further information is available at the moment.
