1 Person Killed In A Motor Vehicle Accident In San Fernando (San Fernando, CA)

According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, a motor vehicle accident in San Fernando resulted in one person being pronounced dead. 

The accident occurred roughly at 6.15 p.m. Firefighters arrived at the 1100 block of Truman Street, North Maclay Avenue. According to the officials, a train and a person were involved in a collision. 

The person hit by the train was fatally injured and was pronounced dead at the scene. The identity of the pedestrian is not yet disclosed. 

It is unknown whether alcohol or drugs played a role in the crash. The San Fernando Police Department is still investigating the cause of the fatal collision. No further information is available at the moment.
