A tragic motor vehicle accident unfolded in Round Rock on Saturday morning, resulting in the loss of a motorcyclist’s life. The Round Rock Police Department swiftly responded to the scene situated in the 1800 block of CR 122, as reported through their tweet at 9:48 a.m.
According to the officials, a single vehicle was involved in the collision. The events leading up to the crash are not entirely clear at this time.
The driver of the motorcycle was fatally injured and was pronounced dead at the scene. The identity of the deceased victim is not yet known at this time.
The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated by the authorities. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the collision.
