The California Highway Patrol reported a motor vehicle accident involving two vehicles that at least killed a person in Napa Valley on Monday.
At around 9:30 a.m., on Monday, a white Toyota Camry crashed into a semi-truck near 5330 Silverado Trail. At least one person was fatally injured and was pronounced dead at the scene. The events leading up to the collision are not clear at this time.
The identity of the dead is not yet disclosed. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the crash. The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated. No further information is available at the moment.
