According to the California Highway Patrol, a person was killed in a motor vehicle accident in the Napa and Solano County borders on Monday.
Roughly at 4:19 a.m., a person was driving eastbound on I-80, Canyon Road Onramp. The vehicle was involved in a motor vehicle accident. The events leading up to the collision are not clear at this time.
The driver of the vehicle was fatally injured and was pronounced dead at the scene. The identity of the dead is not yet disclosed.
It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the crash. The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated. No further information is available at the moment.
