The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office reported a motor vehicle accident in Mesa on Saturday morning. The accident occurred near University Driver and Signal Butte Road at around 5:30 a.m.

According to the officials, a motorcycle and a vehicle were involved in a crash. The events leading up to the crash are not entirely clear at this time. The driver of the motorcycle was fatally injured and was pronounced dead at the scene. 

The identity of the victim is not yet known at this time. The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated by the authorities. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the collision. There are no other details available at this time.
