1 Person Killed In A Motor Vehicle Accident In Long Beach (Long Beach, CA)

January 16, 2023- Nationwide Report® 

The Long Beach Police Department reported a motor vehicle accident that killed a person in Long Beach on Monday. The accident occurred on Harbor Scenic Drive at around 7:50 a.m.

A 2020 Kia Optima traveling south on Harbor Scenic Drive at an unknown speed lost control of the vehicle. This caused it to crash into a centre median and a pillar. The driver of the vehicle was fatally injured and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The identity of the dead is not yet disclosed. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the crash. The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated. No further information is available at the moment.
