In Lancaster, a tragic single-vehicle crash claimed the life of a man on Friday. The motor vehicle accident occurred around 12:45 p.m. at the intersection of 20th Street East and Avenue H, according to the Lancaster Sheriff’s Station.
The male driver of a white pickup was heading eastbound on Avenue H when he lost control. This caused the vehicle to veer into a dirt field and roll over, ultimately ejecting the driver. Emergency services rushed the man to Antelope Valley Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. The identity of the man is not yet known at this time.
The investigation into the crash is ongoing, with authorities examining various factors, including whether drugs or alcohol played a role in the fatal crash.
