The Washington State Patrol reported a motor vehicle accident in King County on Friday. The accident occurred on Interstate 90, near Milepost 42. 

According to the officials, a vehicle was driving down the interstate when it lost control. This caused the vehicle to veer off the road and crash into an overpass support pillar. 

The driver of the vehicle incurred fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. The identity of the driver is not yet known at this time. 

The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated by the officials. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the collision. There are no other details available at this time.
