The Arizona Department of Public Safety reported a motor vehicle accident in Glendale on Sunday. The accident occurred on Loop 303 and Northern Avenue off-ramp at around 10 a.m.
According to the officials, a single vehicle was involved in the collision. The vehicle had been heading down the road when it lost control and crashed into a pole. The events leading up to this are not known.,
The driver of the vehicle was fatally injured and pronounced dead at the scene. The identity of the victim has not been disclosed at this time.
The cause of the fatal crash is still being investigated by the officials. It is not yet known if alcohol or drugs played a role in the collision. There are no other details available at this time.
